The Handa Opera on Sydney Harbour is the cultural event of the year. Opera Australia commissioned us to design a series of HTML5 banners that would capture the performance’s unrivalled harbour location as well as its Spanish heritage. The banners were displayed on Tripadvisor to coincide with inter-state and international travellers visiting Sydney and entice them to purchase tickets to the event.
The imagery was animated to display the Sydney Harbour in all of its glory during a firework display and Carmen’s fan also animated to unveil itself to capture the attention of the audience whilst still delivering information that was concise and on brand.
